While we diligently inspect all products before shipping to maintain the highest standards, we acknowledge that unforeseen errors can occur.

When reaching out, kindly include your order number and provide details of the product(s) you intended to purchase. Clearly outline the issue with the received item and specify whether you seek a refund or a replacement. Our customer care team will be ready to guide you on the

RETURN:

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and the packaging must not be damaged. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If any items in your order have been received in an unsatisfactory condition, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please send your order number and clear photos of the damaged item alongside your pack slip using the CONTACT US section.

RETURN POLICY:

 

Make sure to include your order number in the correspondence.

1- Eligibility for Returns:

Customers are entitled to return their purchases within 7 days from the purchase date.

2- Condition of the Product for Return: 

The product and its packaging must be in brand-new condition to be eligible for a return. We retain the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods are returned in a non-resalable state or have damaged packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights. 

3- Usage Policy for Returns:

Products must have at least 95% of the fragrance remaining.

4- Promotional-Offer Sales – Final

All orders placed during promotional offers are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.

5- Delivery Costs: 

Delivery charges are not refundable.

6- Exchange Shipping: 

Customers cover the delivery cost for exchange orders.

METHOD OF REFUND:

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, except for shipping fees, which are non-refundable.

PROCESSING TIME:

Please allow up to 7 working days to complete the return process.

EXCHANGE POLICY:

1- TIME FRAME FOR EXCHANGES:

Exchanges are accepted within 48 hours of the purchase.

2- PRODUCT CONDITION FOR EXCHANGE:

Products eligible for exchange must be in their pristine, original condition, including the packaging.

3- USAGE POLICY FOR EXCHANGE:

Products are permissible to be tested, but must not be used more than 5% to qualify for an exchange.

4- PROMOTIONAL-OFFER SALES:

All orders placed during promotional offers are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.

EXCHANGE FEES:

A fee of 25 AED applies for product exchanges.

EXCHANGE TIMELINE:

The exchange process can take up to 8 working days to complete.

cancellation process. This will facilitate a seamless cancellation and ensure a complete refund.

However, if your order has already been shipped and you desire to cancel, you must return the products before a refund can be provided. The original payment method will be used to process your refund, less any shipping costs associated with your original purchase.
